Directions

This salad is very tasty ánd very easy to make. The combination of lime, cumin and cilantro is really fantastic and it makes the salad taste like summer. No meat or fish and only fresh, healthy ingredients; perfect for Meat free Monday.

Drain the chickpeas and black beans and rinse it with cold water. Cut the tomato in half. Cut the onion and cilantro. Cut the avocado in slices. Mix all the ingredients. Add some olive oil. Cut the lime in half en put the lime juice in the salad. Mix the salad with some pepper, salt and cumin. Enjoy!
