Directions

A salmon casserole, you’ve probably heard of it before or even tried it out once. This recipe really is one of the best that you should definitely try out some time. Delicious creamy sauce, yet fresh in taste.

Preheat the oven on 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a baking dish with butter and place 4 salmon slices on top. Cut a bunch of spring onion or 2 leeks in fine rings. Grab another bowl en add a cup of crème fraiche and a cup of soycream. Add a dash of ginger syrup and a large spoon of mustard. Mix the ingrediënts until it’s a whole, add the sliced spring onion or leek and mix it together. Season the mixture to taste with some pepper and salt.

Spoon the mixture over the salmon slices. Put the baking dish for aprox. 20 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius in the oven.

This recipe is delicious with patatoes in the peel and blanched snow peas/sugarsnaps!
