Directions

Who is voluntarily willing to burn down their tongues? Not many people you might say, but this dish is too good to leave behind on your plate! So take this tip with you: bring a carafe of water so that you can calm down your taste buds and still enjoy this delicious super spicy recipe. And for the fainthearted, you have permission to add less ingredients that will spice up this dish..

Cook the rice according to the package in a pan or rice cooker.

Then we start with the marinade for the prawns. Chop all of the garlic cloves. Chop the red onion and cut the red pepper into small pieces. Don’t throw away the seeds of the red pepper, unless you want to make it less spicy.
Put some wok oil in the wok and fry the garlic, red onion and red pepper for about 2 minutes. Add the tomato paste with the prawns and let it simmer on a medium fire. Meanwhile, clean the green beans.

Once the green beans are ready, throw it in the wok and stir fry it on a high heat for about 3 minutes. Add some sambal to taste. To make the sauce thinner you can pour some water into the wok. Keep stirring it regularly so that everything is well done and let it simmer on a lower heat.

Once the rice is done, you can serve the dish immediately.

TIP: instead of ordinary rice, use yellow grain for extra flavour
