Directions

This is really something of this time. I went to lunch with a friend last week and I have eating vegetable chips for the first time. I really like this and immediately started to study how to make this. I have found a delicious recipe how you can make this super easy.

To make these healthy chips healthy as possible, we use an oven. You can also deep fry it. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Grab your vegetables and remove the skin. Do this with the help of a peeler. Remove also the ends. Now we are going to slice the vegetables. To ensure that it’s crispy as possible, you must cut the vegetables as thin as possible. The mandolin is really perfect for this. Make roughly slices of less than a mm thick.

Now take a kitchen roll and make sure that all the slices are dry. If all of this is successful, grab the baking sheet with baking paper and divide the chips on it. Make sure they aren’t on top of each other. Coat them with a little bit of oil, don’t put to much oil on it, otherwise the chips will not be crispy enough. To give them a nice flavor, you can add some salt over it. You can determine how much salt. It depends on what you like.

Now they can in the oven for 20 minutes. When the chips are ready you notice that they have become very small. How to take into account that the chips can quickly become a bit weaker again. So saving is difficult.

Enjoy your meal!
