We understand that you can't be a chef every single day. Therefore we've got an easy recipe for you today that doesn't require much ingredients and time: student nasi!
Cut the chicken in small parts. In case you actually have enough money as a student you can buy the already cut chicken parts in the supermarket. Cook the rice according to the package. When the chicken is well-done you can add vegetables. It doesn't really matter which vegetables, that's completely up to you! Want to use a package of Chinese vegetables, go ahead! Still got some paprika, bean sprouts or other vegetables left? Add it! After that you add the ketjap and mix it all well together. When the rice is done cooking, add this as well. Mix it all good together and add more ketjap if needed.
The finishing touch: grab a saucepan and add about 2 or 3 spoons peanut butter, a little ketjap and 2 spoons of water. Mix it al together while cooking it on a low fire. Keep mixing until it looks like a decent sauce, if needed add some extra peanut butter, ketjap or water.
Got some eggs left in the fridge? Bake an egg to finish off you nasi!
