Directions

Are you a true fan of peanut butter and everything around it? Then we have a very suitable recipe for you. These peanut butter muffins are a delicious snack!

Preheat the oven on 180 degrees Celsius. Take a mixing bowl and add the baking powder, flour, sugar and salt. Mix the ingredients together and then add the peanut butter to the mixture. Stir well until it becomes a crumbly whole. It’s easy to do this with a fork. It’s useful to melt the butter, this way it’ll be much more easier to mix the butter through the mixture. When it’s completely crumbly, add the milk, egg and the melted butter to the crumbly subtance. Stir everything well until it becomes a batter. Chop a number of peanuts and keep them in a bowl.

Cover a baking tray with muffin tins. Fill, a little more than half of the tin, with the batter. Grab the chopped peanuts and sprinkle some over the muffins.

The muffins must be in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Check if they’re cooked with an iron stick, when the stick comes out clean the muffins are ready!

Allow to cool off outside the oven for a little while.. Enjoy your muffins!
