Meringues desserts look super cozy and also taste great. Of course you can buy them in stores easily, but home-made meringues are way more tastefull and are super easy to make. You’ve made this recipe in no time and it’s a creative dessert for you and your guests.
First, pre-heat the oven to 100 degrees Celsius and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
When the oven is preheating, grab a bowl and a whisk. It is important that these are free of grease. Put 3 egg whites in the bowl, make sure there is no trace of egg yolk in it. Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and whip it up. While whipping the egg whites, gradually add fine sugar. Whip the whole until it is stiff and the sugar has dissolved.
Finally, fold the powdered sugar through the meringue. Form heaps of meringue, with a spoon, on the coated baking sheet and put in the oven for about 2 hours. Leave the oven closed at the end and let the meringues cool off in the oven.
