Directions

This recipe is low carb and super easy, so if you want to eat healthy with no carbs but still want to enjoy your meal? Then this wrap from lettuce with spicy chicken is the solution! Serve them with homemade tzatziki and you are ready to go!

Start on time with marinating the chicken. Cut the chicken in long pieces and make the marinade from soy sauce, ketjap, garlic, sambal and herbs. Let it sit as long as possible.

Meanwhile, you can make homemade tzatziki. You can find the recipe for homemade tzatziki here!

Then, bake the chicken in the pan and take the biggest, whole leaves from the lettuce and wash them shortly. Cut the onion, zucchini, bell pepper and other vegetables of choice into pieces and put them in a bowl. This will be the filling of the wraps.

When the chicken is done, smear some homemade tzatziki onto the lettuce wrap, put some veggies in it and some chicken. Roll it up as good as you can, and you're done!

Have a nice meal!
