Hangover Food: Grilled Cheese Sandwich – Italian style

Directions

Did you have a taste of the upcoming Carnival yesterday? Or did you go for a night out with your friends? Then we have a super simple, very tasty and quickly made hangover breakfast/lunch for you!

Take four slices of bread and spread them with a small amount of pesto. Slice the mozzarella and place it on one of two of the contaminated sandwiches. Take the tomato and cut it into slices, then remove the seeds and the drapy part of the tomato. This prevents the bread from becoming juicy, you want to make it crispy in the pan. Place the tomato on the mozzerella and place the other contaminated sandwich on top. Repeat with the other two sandwiches. The basis has now been made.

Grab a pan and put in a lump of BlueBand. When the butter is warm, put the sandwich in the butter. Make sure that both sides are well buttered, because the butter on the sides makes te bread wonderfully crispy. Put a lid on the pan and turn the toast regularly until it is golden brown and the cheese has melted. Place on a plate with one of your favorite sauces (or jus teat it without sauce) and you’ve made your delicious pan grilled cheese sandwich with an Italian twist. Perfect way to get rid of your hangover.
