Halloween Graveyard Chocolate Mousse

Directions

Spooky days are accompanied by scary sweet snacks. This is a dessert with a creepy twist and tasty spooking good!


Melt 125 grams of dark chocolate and 125 grams of milk chocolate in a bowl above a pan of boiled water. Whip the eggwhites and gradually add the suger while whipping. Take another bowl and whip in the whipped cream. Fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream and then the eggwhites. Make sure you don’t whip the mixture for too long, this prevents the air from getting out.

Divide the chocolate mousse over 4 glasses and put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Grab the cookies and write down R.I.P. with the chocolate decoration marker. Grate the 50 grams of dark chocolate, we’ll be using this as ‘sand’ and sprinkle it over the chocolate mousse later.

Sprinkle the grated chocolate over the chocolate mousse, when it has set. Poke the R.I.P. cookie and the small mint leave in the chocolate mousse.
