Directions

This is a recipe I don't think many people know. You really miss something! it's something different for once. Do you want to surprise your guests with your delicious cooking skills? Then this is really something where you can make an impression with.

We start heating the oven at 200 degrees. Place some baking paper on the bottom of the spring form and grease the edges well with some butter. Drain the cherries immediately.

Now that all preparations have been made, we can start. First cut the ginger into small pieces. The chicken fillet may also be cut into small pieces. Season the chicken fillet with a little salt and pepper for some extra taste.

Now take a pan with some butter, because the chicken must of course be baked. Bake the chicken for 5 minutes to this is brown. Also add the garlic. You can cut it or use a garlic press. If you cut the garlic, do it in small pieces. When the 5 minutes are done, sprinkle the curry powder over it and scoop it a few times. Now the ginger, cherries, crème fraîche and the sambal can be added.

Let this simmer for 2 minutes. Grab your spring form and cover it with the puff pastry. Make sure you let the puff pastry come a little over the edge so that you can fold it up immediately. Before you put the mixture in, it’s useful to poke some holes in the bottom and add some breadcrumbs.

Put the mix on the dough and sprinkle with some cheese. Now fold the edges back. If all went well, some puff pastry remained. Make sure that everything is well covered with puff pastry. Spread some milk on the bottom side and sprinkle some extra cheese on it if necessary. Now the chicken in the hat goes into the oven for 30-40 minutes.
