Broccoli salmon cake

- 5 slices of puff pastry

- 2 cans of salmon
- 200 g broccoli
- 2 eggs(M)
- 150 ml whipped cream
- 100 g of young grated cheese
- Salt and pepper

When I was young my mother always made me cakes and pies. For example apple pie, yoghurt cake, chocolate cake and I could go further for a while. As you can see, as a child I was a real dessert lover. But when my mom made this cake, I was fond of it right away! The broccoli salmon cake is a cake that is simple to prepare, but it fills well as a diner.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Place the necessary slices of puff pastry separately so that they can thaw. Grease the quiche shape with butter so that it will not stick to the shape. Then wash the broccoli and divide it into small parts. Then put a pan of water on the fire where the broccoli can cook al dente. In the meantime, you get the salmon out of the can and you remove as many bones as possible. After this you whip two eggs with some whipped cream and season them with salt and pepper. Divide the cheese, salmon and broccoli over the bottom and pour the mixture over it. Bake the cake in about 40 minutes until it is tender and golden brown.
Then let it cool down and voilà, you have a delicious meal!
