Broccoli Quiche

Directions

A delicious vegetable cake it may be time for that. After these holiday months you probably can use some more vegetables. That's why we have a delicious Broccoli quiche recipe.

Before you really start, you must first defrost the puff pastry. While the puff pastry is defrosting, preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Put a pan with water on the fire and let it. Cut the broccoli florets from the steel and once the water cooks, put the broccoli in it, let it cook for about 6 minutes. Then grease the shape you are going to bake in your quiche. Divide the puff pastry over the greased baking tin. Then use a fork to poke holes in the puff pastry. 

Once the broccoli is done, let it drain and divide it over the puff pastry and spread the bacon. To give it even more flavour, you also sprinkle salt and pepper over the quiche. 

Then beat the eggs with the cream and stir in the cheese. If you have done this well, you can pour the mixture over the broccoli with bacon. 

Once you have done all this, it is time to put the quiche in the oven. Put the quiche in the oven for half an hour until it is golden brown. 

If the quiche comes out of the oven you can serve it. Cut it into pieces so that it cools quickly and is edible!
