- 60 grams green olive (without pit)
- 80 ml olive oil
- 1 tbsp capers
- 2 cloves of garlic

This recipe is so easy, but also really tasty. You start by draining the artichoke hearts and the green olives. You need a food processor for this recipe. Because everything is already so small in the machine, you don't actually have to cut anything. Because you can skip all these steps, it is ready within 5 minutes.
Grab your food processor and put the artichoke hearts, green olives, olive oil, capers and garlic in the food processor. Make sure you don’tt let the food processor go through, but stop occasionally. If you stop mixing for a while, stir it with a spoon. If you do this you know that everything is mixed well.
Now taste the tapenade. Not so much taste? Then add some salt and pepper. How much? Do this by feeling.
